Marves -Jakarta, November 12 2022 – The Jakarta's Catholic Archdiocese (KAJ) held a Mass Prayer in the Holy Eucharist on November 12-13, 2022. This prayer is observed for the success of the G20 Summit to be held in Bali.

All KAJ’s Parish Churches invited their church member to join together in pray   so that world leaders share the same purpose to establish world welfare, world peace, environmental integrity, and respect for human dignity.

“The Jakarta's Catholic Archdiocese as part of the nation of Indonesia and also as citizen must take part to support the success of the Indonesian Presidency at the G20 Summit in Bali,” Secretary General of the KAJ, Fr. Adi Prasojo, told G20 Communications and Media Team on November 12, 2022.

According to him, concrete support from the KAJ was reflected through a Mass Prayer in the Holy Eucharist. He added that in the prayer that was made during a eucharist mass, the parish priests led the people to pray for the successful and peaceful organization of G20 Summit and for it to result in agreement for the sake of a better future for the world.

The prayer leader, he continued, recited the G20 eucharistic prayer when starting the mass together in each parish church. The KAJ prepared and distributed prayer stanzas to all parish churches.
